GIANTS OF THE NORTH

It’s hard to describe the feeling of having a thousand-pound predator stare directly into your eyes. To say the least, it’s unsettling to realize that you’re no longer at the top of the food chain. It’s a sensation that gets considerably more intense when claws and muscle suddenly lurch into shambling motion in your direction.

A photograph should say as much about the
artist
as it does about the subject.
