The Weave of Water

I am fascinated by the intricate and colorful braided patterns formed by water, as seen from an aerial perspective. Whether it is a braided glacial stream, the windy passages of a salt marsh, or even a wave crashing on the shore reaching back to the sea, water always seems to find its way back to itself.
