HERE IS A MAGIC TO CERTAIN MOMENTS, SOMETHING THAT WORDS STRUGGLE TO DESCRIBE BUT THAT A PHOTOGRAPH CAN CAPTURE WITH RELATIVE EASE. This moment, when the clouds suddenly lifted to reveal a stunning sunrise sky over Los Cuernos ("The Horns"), was one of the most dramatic of my career. Composition, mood, and light all converged, a perfect point in time recorded by a single click of a camera shutter.
