Q: I don't have a Paypal account, can I still order the videos?

A: Yes! The Paypal checkout interface gives you the option of paying by credit card, even if you don't have an existing Paypal account. Paypal account holders may also choose to pay by credit card.

Q: How do I download the video?

A: When you are done paying for a video, the Paypal checkout interface will display a link to download the video. After payment is made, you will see something similar to the following, just click the "Complete Purchase" link to download the video.

In addition, you will receive an email confirmation from "Ian Plant Photography" with a link for downloading the book. Note that your spam filter might block the email, so if you don't get an email with a download link, check your spam folder. If, for whatever reason, you are unable to successfully complete download of the video, email me (ianplantphoto@gmail.com) and I will send you a link as soon as I am able. Please note that I am often out in the field, so if I am unable to get back to you right away, don't panic!

Q: How do I save the video once I have downloaded it?

A: When you click on the download link, a window will appear giving you the option of opening or saving the file. Press "Save," and choose a folder on your computer that you can easily find again and save the file there.
