Please note that I am often in the field away from email or phone access; I will get back to you as soon as possible. I try to make it a priority to get back at once to my business clients, although the demands of my schedule can sometimes make that difficult. Feel free to send me a polite reminder if I haven't gotten back to you within a week or two.
 
Also, please note that I get a HUGE volume of personal emails from people with questions and comments about all sorts of topics. Although I would like to be able to respond to everyone, it has gotten to the point where I simply cannont respond to every email I receive. Accordingly, as a matter of policy I can not respond to certain categories of personal emails, including inquiries regarding equipment selection, suggestions for places to shoot, advice on turning pro, and requests for portfolio reviews. I wish I had time to respond to everyone, but unfortuntely I do not, so I apologize in advance if your email goes unanswered.
