What a great story. I forwarded it to my nephew, who visited Patagonia in 2009. Can’t wait for the book.
Ian,
Excellent images and great story too. I prefer your definition of Patagonia over Wikipedias!
Wow ! Sounds like a great experience I can only dream of for now.
Amazing photographs ! Can’t wait to see Fitz Roy in the next part !
Beautiful photos!! the colors on the mountains are just amazing. Looks like the very arduous trip was worth it.
Ian, I have been to Patagonia and share your love of this magical place. I did the easy hikes and never had the light you did in my 2 short days there. It was a dream destination for me and I’ll never forget this place ever. Your amazing images should be published along with your adventure in a new book. You’ve hiked and gotten shots very few have done so go for it. I can’t wait to read the next 2 chapters and see more incredible photography. Thanks for letting me see the far reaches of this remarkable place on earth. Carla
